‘We Pay, You Play’ offer only available between 28th Nov – 1St Dec which we acknowledge as Black Friday to Cyber Monday 2025. During this period there is one offer and one competition mechanic. The competition element is entry to win £500 worth of vouchers to only be used on NYE at your chosen site. £500 voucher to include, tickets to venue (entry for 6), cloakroom (x6), taxi to and from venue (£60), clothing vouchers (£150), takeaway voucher (£50)(for when you are getting ready) booth, drinks package (£250). VIP booth at chosen site subject to availability.

The Offer element is ‘buy a standard package between the dates 28th Nov – 1st Dec and you will receive a voucher for a free (like for like) package to be used in January. Selected dates below.

Voucher Code is only redeemable between the 1st January 2026 and 29th January 2026. Free Drinks package only valid against original order in December and is redeemable against a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum package only (Bringing sexy back, Party Rock, Hotline Bling & Bright like a diamond in Popworld). For Popworld & Music Bars (Flares & Reflex) to qualify for offer, guests must pay in full within the promotions timeline (28th Nov – 1St Dec) for the purposes of these dates we are calling it Black Friday and Cyber Monday. For Clubs & Iconics, guests can book during black Friday to cyber Monday but must have paid in full no later than 8th December to qualify for entry to ‘We Pay, You Play’ offer. To Qualify, guest must book during timeline for a date at a venue between 1st Dec – 30th December. To claim free package, guest must have their voucher code with them during redemption period, and must be presented to a member of staff at time of ordering. Voucher code can only be redeemed once against one transaction. The voucher/ promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions. Voucher code cannot be transferred to another product. Products may be subject to change by venue to an alternative product, this will be done at the manager’s discretion. All products Subject to availability. Voucher codes for offer to be sent out to guest 1st January 2026 to guest’s email address as used in original booking. Any errors in email address during original booking are not the fault of Stonegate Pub Company. Stonegate Pub Company will not accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of technical malfunction of any kind.
